Introduction
De Appelboom develops a total concept for you. This means that we enter into an intensive process. During the introduction, we map out your wishes completely. What do you find beautiful? Who are your favorite designers? What are important mood determinants for you? Whether you are having a property developed or want a restyling of your kitchen, the introduction is essential for a successful process.
2. Brainstorming
In this phase, we discuss the first ideas together. You may already have a plan that we further develop for you. Or perhaps we create a complete plan for you in which your wishes are leading.
3. Planning
At this stage, we make all plans concrete. In doing so, we calculate everything for you. We request quotes for, for example, painting and carpentry work, materials, furniture and home accessories. In the project description, you will find a cost estimate and a schedule. Naturally, we also make construction drawings and work descriptions for the contractor, the plumber, the kitchen builder or the carpenter and a lighting plan for the electrician.
4. Project supervision
Are the plans ready? Then we get to work on the project. In doing so, we provide the complete management of the painter, carpenter, plumber and electrician. These are always professionals with whom we work more often and who know what level of finishing we demand. In the meantime, we keep you informed of the progress.
5. Finishing and decoration
Which furniture and lighting complete your interior? Which plants, rugs, curtains and door handles suit the design? These elements contribute to the high-quality completion of the renovation and complete the project.
