Ostyn designs and delivers high-end custom home & outdoor extensions: from pool houses, garden rooms and garden structures to home extensions such as verandas and pergolas. Since 1992, this family-owned company has combined thoughtful design with technical craftsmanship and meticulous finishing — with one clear ambition: “Expand your freedom”, creating extra freedom around your home.

Every project is unique and guided from A to Z: from advice and design to production, installation and aftercare. Ostyn works from Dottenijs and has completed thousands of projects in Belgium and Northern France over the years.

Premium custom work, made in-house

Ostyn believes outdoor living only truly works when the design seamlessly matches both the home and its use. That is why every structure is fully custom-designed, produced and assembled by its own craftsmen, supported by modern drafting technology and a high-tech machine park.

Materials chosen for the long term

Quality and durability are central to every material choice. Ostyn carefully selects and inspects all components and works with a wide range of premium finishes: wood (including impregnated wood with a 20-year guarantee against rot, mould and insects), aluminium (including a 10-year warranty), and HPL façade panels such as Trespa/Volkern, which are UV- and weather-resistant and, according to Ostyn, 100% recyclable. Ostyn also offers Thermowood (thermally treated wood without chemical components) as a strong, low-maintenance alternative with enhanced durability.

Experience and guidance: showroom open 7 days a week

When choosing materials and finishes, it helps to see and feel the options in person. That is why Ostyn welcomes clients in a covered 3,000 m² experience showroom in Dottenijs — open 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.

Transparency throughout the process

To keep the process clear and easy to follow, Ostyn offers a free quotation, a 3D visualisation of the project, and an online customer portal to track progress and documents.
