Hubspot CRM specialist (32-40 hours)
What will you do?
As a HubSpot CRM Specialist, you will dive deep into our HubSpot system. You will be responsible for further implementing HubSpot, building smart workflows, and setting up result-oriented campaigns, such as personalized email marketing campaigns. In addition, you will optimize HubSpot for our company. Together with your team, you will translate customer goals into powerful marketing and sales strategies to strengthen customer loyalty, increase brand awareness, and boost revenue. You will have the opportunity to learn how to effectively reach specific target groups, build relationships, and improve sales results through optimized and tailored campaigns. Your responsibilities
– Optimizing our HubSpot CRM and setting up workflows, sequences, and automations.
– Creating, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, including (automated) email campaigns.
– Analyzing campaign data to continuously improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
– Collaborating with the team to share knowledge and achieve better campaign performance together.
Who are you?
– You have HBO/WO working and thinking level.
– At least 1 year of experience in (online) marketing, preferably with a focus on CRM.
– Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is a plus.
– You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
– You are analytical and have a proactive mindset by nature.
– You are able to analyze and solve complex challenges.
– You can work independently and take responsibility for the success of campaigns, from planning to execution.
– Technical affinity is a plus.
