Beautiful outdoor space with pool and jacuzzi

The pool terrace loungers sit close to the water, where the wooden decking meets a straight-edged pool and a line of grey wall panels. From that first level change, the project is already divided into clear zones: lounge, spa, dining, and a quieter corner near the carp pond. The surfaces do most of the work. Wood softens the long edges, while the darker wall finishes hold the composition together without drawing attention away from the water.

A lounge zone set under shade

The covered outdoor lounge opens with low seating and a broad shade element that protects the terrace from strong sun. It is an area built around pause rather than display. Cushions sit deep on the benches, and the loose carpet-like textile underfoot breaks up the hard lines of the terrace. The pool terrace loungers are part of this setting, placed so the view remains open toward the water while the seating stays sheltered and close to the house.

Seen from the side, the lounge reads as a long horizontal band. The light roof line, the dark frame above it, and the pale seating below create a direct contrast that suits the clean geometry of the garden. Nothing feels crowded. Even the shade element keeps the space open, allowing the eye to move from the seating area to the pool and further to the planted edges beyond. It is a calm starting point for the rest of the outdoor plan.

Water, decking and the spa area outdoor

The spa area outdoor sits on a timber platform, with the jacuzzi placed so it becomes part of the terrace rather than an isolated insert. Four loungers are arranged around it, giving the corner a measured rhythm. The grey wall behind adds height and a sense of enclosure, while the waterline along the terrace keeps the whole zone visually connected to the rest of the garden. This is where the project shifts from lounging to bathing without a hard break.

Lighting plays a quiet role here. Lanterns are set around the wellness zone, and in the evening they would mark the edges of the seating and the spa without overwhelming the view. The pool terrace loungers appear again in this part of the garden, but the emphasis changes: they now frame the jacuzzi corner and the adjacent pool, turning the area into a place that can be used before or after a swim. The wood decking and grey wall surfaces keep the eye moving steadily across the scene.

Lunch, dinner and the outdoor kitchen dining zone

Closer to the dining area, the materials become more practical. An outdoor kitchen dining setup anchors the terrace, with a long table set beside it and chairs arranged for a full meal outside. The table sits on the same clear grid of wood and stone-like surfaces, so the kitchen does not read as a separate object. It belongs to the garden layout, and the straight lines of the furniture echo the sharp edges of the pool and terrace.

A custom steel structure rises above this part of the garden, holding light and heat where they are needed most. It gives the dining zone a defined ceiling line without closing it in. The effect is useful and visual at once: the structure marks the area, while the lamps and heaters extend the use of the terrace into the evening. This part of the project shows how the garden is planned as a series of rooms, each with its own task.

Material contrast around the table

What stands out here is the way the darker steel, the pale tabletop, and the surrounding decking work together. The materials are kept legible, so the dining zone reads clearly even from across the garden. There is no excess decoration. The focus stays on the shape of the table, the line of the chairs, and the way the kitchen supports the meal without taking over the view. The result is a dining area that sits naturally between the pool and the more secluded parts of the plot.

A fire pit seating nook at the far edge

At the opposite side of the garden, the fire pit seating nook changes the tempo again. The sunken arrangement sits lower than the main terraces, making it feel protected without needing walls. Soft cushions and loose back pieces define the seating, while the fire bowl gives the corner a fixed centre point. The space is smaller, but it is not an afterthought. It gives the garden a second pause point, one that feels more enclosed than the lounge near the pool.

The seating here is built for lingering after the pool and dining areas have gone quiet. The quick-dry cushions and decorative pillows sit on the lowered edge, and the fire pit stays visually close to the seating circle. That proximity matters. It pulls people inward and gives the corner a clear purpose. The pool terrace loungers may define the main water edge, but this nook completes the outdoor sequence by offering a warmer, lower, and more intimate place to sit.

The carp pond as a slower line through the garden

Beside the carp pond, two wing chairs and a footstool are placed with enough space around them to let the water remain visible. This is the least theatrical part of the garden, and that restraint works in its favour. The pond introduces a quieter movement in the plan, one that contrasts with the straight pool edge and the square dining terrace. From here, the garden feels less like one large scene and more like a chain of measured viewpoints.

Across the full layout, the same materials return in different roles: wood underfoot, grey wall surfaces behind, and water reflecting between them. The pool terrace loungers, the spa area outdoor, and the fire pit seating nook each occupy their own zone, yet they are tied together by the same lines and levels. That is what gives the project its clarity. The garden can be read at a glance, but it also rewards a slower look, especially where the terraces meet the water.

The final impression is shaped by transitions rather than by isolated objects. A terrace steps toward the pool, the spa corner shifts onto timber decking, and the dining area opens under a steel frame before the plan settles again near the pond and fire bowl. Each move is visible in the surfaces and edges. Together they make a garden that supports swimming, sitting, dining, and resting without blurring those uses into one another.
