California style bungalow with joinery in afrormosia
This former French villa received a total makeover to California style bungalow. Light, space and tranquility. These were the main requirements when the renovations began. These were quite radical: the roof came off and they changed part of the layout of the house.
The builder -and wife had a clear preference for natural, warm and timeless materials. Together with their architect Ilse Gielen, they designed this beautiful modern and bright home. Choosing afrormosia windows was a no-brainer. The elegant front door is a design by the builder’s wife in collaboration with the architect and consultants from engels. The wooden window and door profiles give this home a relaxed, California cool vibe, but in Limburg.
