Installation wine cellar maxi-round at Rumst
At a customer in Rumst, we installed a wine cellar, type maxi-round, with a depth of 2m25, finished with a round glass shutter of our series Black Editon. The hatch is motorized and, in this case, controlled via an app on their Iphone. The connection between the two is via bluetooth. By default, this hatch is normally opened via a switch in the wall. So the bluetooth module is an option and currently only works with IOS. This year, a new app is coming on the market, which will allow operation via Android as well.
Normally in this type of wine cellar a standard concrete floor slab is laid, in the same material as the wine cellar itself, but in this case the client chose to replace it with a mosaic floor in blue natural stone. All our models have natural ventilation, making our wine cellars energy-neutral in terms of cooling. To keep the temperature and humidity on point, we install between 2 and 6 ventilation ducts, depending on the size of the wine cellar. These ventilation ducts will be embedded in the interior wall and will go out through the facade at a height of 50 to 60 cm.
The basement maxi-round is the best-selling model in the Helicave by Harnois series, due to its combination of convenience and performance. With a capacity of 1420 to 1860 bottles, it offers a cozy space where you can share the pleasure of tasting with a guest. This basement is the ideal compromise between round and oval models.
