The residents of this spacious townhouse literally needed more warmth in their home. Indeed, because of the beautiful nearly 10-meter-high loft, much of the heat leaked from the first floor. Choc’s solution: the void was sealed with a glass structure – creating an exciting view of the meter-high custom wallpaper. Underfloor heating has been installed, covered with a luxurious, oak herringbone floor. A room divider with gas fireplace was also installed between the sitting room and TV room as well as between the kitchen and dining area. Finally, all the home products, colors and materials used have been selected so that the new interior also radiates one and all warmth.
