A minimalist villa in black and white was the express wish of our client. So we designed a house in the shape of a cube, with an interior with no thresholds and only two interior doors. The transition between inside and outside is minimal due to recessed window frames and a continuous floor finish. At the front the house is closed, while at the back it is open to the large terrace with pool and the golf course behind. From the large, sheltered loggia, the resident enjoys peace and beautiful views at night.
