On a relatively narrow footprint, we designed a generous detached house. By applying a basement and making the house high, 4 floors in total, it was possible to realize the extensive program of requirements on this site. The home is characterized by solid architecture with understated, yet effective detailing. The applied pallet of materials and colors, despite its substantial size, gives it a warm feel.
