In the vast countryside of Made, we are realizing this modern residential villa designed by Vermeer Architects. The material choices give the home a tough and modern look. The house is partially equipped with basement, in which a relaxation and sports room will be created. Both the basement and the 1st floor are accessible by elevator. The low flat roofs will be equipped with a Sedum roof, thereby optimizing living comfort in summer. The high roof will be oriented with solar panels, and because of the position of the roof, it will be possible to take full advantage of the yields.
