At approximately 3,000m2, the lot is large and spacious. The bungalow faces a lower corner of the lot. This gives room for a driveway with outbuilding next to the bungalow. All other sides of the bungalow have unobstructed views of the garden.

The entire living program is on 1 level, as is common in a bungalow. Because the garden is so large, we chose to place the floor of the bugalow about 0.5m above ground level. That gives better views of the lot because you are slightly elevated relative to the garden.

In addition, this elevation allows the living program to be framed with a stucco border that appears to float above the garden. In this frame is a wooden cladding with frames.
