New construction | Amstelveen

The new Hotel & Wellness Zuiver in the Amsterdamse Bos is rising on the site of former manager’s houses. The hotel consists of two connected four-story buildings with a total of 39 rooms. All rooms overlook the Amsterdamse Bos and the waters of the Nieuwe Meer. The interior design was inspired by the four seasons seen in the forest. From the first floor to the top floor, guests experience spring, summer, fall and winter.

Green facade

Sustainability was an important consideration in the design. This has been accomplished in several ways. First, the building blends into its surroundings, as the building connects in height and appearance between the existing buildings of Hotel & Wellness Pure and its green surroundings. There are also features that contribute to low energy consumption and particulate matter reduction, such as solar panels on the roof and vegetation facade. Finally, the parking area is undergoing greening through the use of grass concrete tiles.
