At star restaurant Wiesen in Eindhoven, DRT Flooring supplied a Stone Island design trowel floor. The slightly blended sand makes the trowel floor less prone to scratching and very easy to maintain. Multiple finishes with transparent coatings and lacquers also make this trowel floor dense in texture, so should an accident occur, it is very easy to clean. The small grain size of the sand makes this a fine floor that cannot be compared to a traditional gravel floor.
