Stylish, white stucco, large areas of glass and lots of oak, a thatched villa with allure. By means of a gabled roof form, a beautiful entrance has been created. The oak beams seem to support the roof. The thatched roof features an aluminum ridge.

Oak wood construction
A handsome exterior makes one curious about the interior. The combination of the oak wood construction supplied by Heko and the clean white walls creates a unique look. Tough and robust, light and bright. The open ridge fitted with generous areas of glass provides plenty of natural light. Natural light is pleasant always and everywhere, The bungalow is life-proof, has electric sliding doors and is completely barrier-free, comfortable and accessible.

Vide and mezzanine
The first floor with solid wood floor is accessed by a steel staircase with oak wood treads and stainless steel banister. Upstairs is a studio with loft and mezzanine.

Indoor pool
The main form is differentiated by an extension at the rear, furnished as a garden room and equipped with a fine gas fireplace. A steel swing door leads to the indoor pool. An indoor pool is wonderfully comfortable; you don’t have to leave the door to take a refreshing dip. The wooden folding wall allows you to fully open the pool area and enjoy the outdoors.
