Lifs has been involved in this renovation from the start, which is already 2 years ago! A completely new layout has been made, we selected all materials, lighting and furniture and fully supervised the project from A to Z. It is a unique home on a spacious plot with a beautiful view of the IJsselmeer. The house has 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms! The summer kitchen is located on the ground floor, which borders the garden and is designed for outdoor living. Also on the ground floor is a wellness bathroom with bath and sun shower and a sports room.

On the first floor is the living room, dining area and kitchen! The living room has been given furniture over the full width with a beautiful fireplace, there is a harmonica front to the terrace, beautiful design lighting above the dining table and a unique top on the kitchen island in black marble! The bathroom on this floor has a spacious shower with oak sink.

The second floor is fully furnished as a master bedroom with walk-in closet, bathroom and shutters for the windows with a beautiful view of the IJsselmeer!
