Dennis T’Jampens is a trained interior architect and the managing director of D’ Architectural Concepts. He has more than 15 years of experience.
His office has grown from an interior design studio into an interior and architecture practice, complemented by a beautiful showroom on the Vlaamsekaai in Antwerp.
For the architectural side of the story, the team works with a high-quality architect who has strong technical expertise.
D’ Architectural Concepts specializes in new-build projects, renovations, and the finishing of shell homes and apartments in Belgium and abroad. This applies to the residential, professional, and commercial sectors.

Absolute catastrophy to collaborate with. Abandoned in the midst of the project without handing over the specifications.
Not a real architect, therefore incompetent for anything safety related (structuee, stability etc…) and anything legally required (was unaware of legal articles in the Belgian Civil Code!). Did not introduce the building permit (« prepared » in a last minute hectic effort by a « colleague ») in due time, and did not follow up on official requests from the municipality to complete the file. Please stay away, there are dozens of other, REAL architects better managing your project.
