Swimming is an excellent way to stay fit: the perfect combination of calorie burning and muscle strengthening. With 1 hour of swimming, you will burn between 500-1000 calories*. Also, swimming is a lot less injury prone than other sports.

Train your endurance
Starline Endless Swimming has 6 different speed settings. This makes the Endless Swimming suitable for any swimmer: from beginner to elite athlete. At low levels, the current works to relax. At a high level, it provides the ultimate swim workout. Because of the different modes, there are challenging swim programs even for professional swimmers.
In addition, Starline Endless Swimming is suitable during rehabilitation. You will train your muscles and endurance while sparing your joints.
Different systems
Starline Endless Swimming allows you to do endurance swimming even in a small pool without turning over. Do you have a small urban garden? Our newest pool the Urban Active can be placed in almost any garden, optional with Starline Endless Swimming.
Starline offers a choice of systems. For example, you choose between a single or double turbine. Different stroke volumes are also possible: from 50 m3/h to as much as 430 m3/h. You are welcome to test out Starline Endless Swimming in our showroom.
