Basalte

Basalte is a Belgian manufacturer of design products for high-end smart homes. It was founded in 2008 and within a few years has developed an exclusive product range that has already won more than 35 international design awards. In the meantime, Basalte works together with renowned architects and clients in more than 60 countries worldwide.

The Belgian company is best known for its unique design switches and thermostats. Thanks to the unique multi-touch function you can control lights, atmospheres, blinds, climate control and even music in an intuitive way. Basalte also offers almost invisible motion detectors, its own sockets, minimalist iPad holders and a hi-fi multiroom audio system with its own design speakers. All Basalte products are handmade in the Belgian head office.
