As far as renovation is concerned, VIAZ has over the years become skilled in renovating while preserving the high-quality elements in a building. The balance between demolition and preservation is a delicate balance that fascinates us. This always takes place with respect for the place and for the new residents/users.
Our projects are mainly new construction, remodeling, renovation and furnishing of single-family and multi-family homes, but also commercial buildings, office interiors, shops and hospitality.
Architecture is for people. Only when the building fits like a second skin has our goal been achieved. The end result must be the answer to the modern, specific needs of the user, but also leave room for poetry, however modest.
