As far as renovation is concerned, VIAZ has become proficient over the years in renovating while preserving the high-quality elements in a building. Balancing degradation and preservation is a delicate balance that fascinates us. This is always done with respect for the place and for its new residents/users.

Our projects are mainly new construction, renovations, renovations and furnishing of single and multi-family homes, but also commercial buildings, office furnishing, shops and catering.

Architecture is in function of people. It is only when the building fits like a second skin that our aim has been successful. The final result must be the answer to the modern, specific needs of the user, but also leave room for poetry, however modest.
