Once upon a time, there were two sports fans. One with an eye for design and the other with tremendous organizational skills. They meet at Hotel Papendal to discuss new ideas. In this case, upgrading the Executive Suite. Suite? Yep; there are also those at Papendal. And so, leading up to the Tokyo Olympics, a wonderful concept was created with subtle references to elite sports and the Olympics in particular.
An undiscovered gem in the Veluwe region
Papendal, of course, is known primarily as a sports facility. But less well known is Hotel Papendal. Anyone can book a hotel room there, not just (top) athletes. The surroundings are beautiful. In the middle of the woods; enjoy the tranquility and nature. The Veluwe is a 10-minute bike ride away. There is plenty of culture in the area and the bustling center of Arnhem is just around the corner.
An oasis of calm

Gold symbolizes the highest achievement. The best of the best. The experience in the JEE-O Golden Suite matches that seamlessly. Everything has been thought of and the feeling of luxury is worked out to the last detail; from beautiful bed linens and soft pillows, to a crackling fireplace and well-stocked minibar.
And then the beautiful bathroom elements from JEE-O; the faucets and showers (yes, there are two of them) in matte gold finish. There are also two beautiful washbasins also with a matte gold finish. Artwork, sports and design
The entourage has subtle references to elite sports and the Olympics in particular. These are reflected in the lighting and in a unique wall decoration consisting of medals of various gold colors. But the most special thing is surely the Artwork by Pablo Lücker, created especially for, and made ín, the JEE-O Golden Suite.
The future and beyond!
The Golden Suite is full of the latest technology. For example, there is a great Smart TV and you can change the lighting remotely in every imaginable color. So you can create the desired atmosphere that suits your mood at any time. Curtains can be controlled remotely as well as the fireplace. There is also a well-stocked minibar for that glass you take with you in bath…. Or maybe two, as there is plenty of room to bathe together.
