The property’s new occupants wanted to modernize the home both inside and out, and the result is stunning. The once outdated home has been transformed into a sleek residence with warm, inviting elements.

The interior of the villa was designed with attention to detail and with the specific needs of the residents in mind. Light colors are combined with natural greens, dark oak veneers and subtle LED lighting, which create a unique and exclusive look.

The large wooden staircase with mezzanine – equipped with a steel balustrade – leads to the first floor. Here you enjoy extra light through the skylight and glass and steel frontage. The living room and kitchen are separated by large glass pivot doors, with a fireplace in the middle offering warmth and comfort on both sides. The spacious, open kitchen connects to the dining table as one piece of furniture, and the elegant lines of the kitchen give the space a dynamic feel.

The dark, hushed bathrooms with their indirect lighting provide a theatrical touch. Here you will find peace, as in the master bedroom where the dark ceiling continues. This home is a dream come true for residents, with the soothing sound of the sea in the background and unforgettable ocean views.

From the beginning, the team of Mariska and her architects were there for the residents, with an in-depth and relaxed intake to get to know the family better. During the project, residents received excellent expert advice, both for the interior and exterior, creating everything in harmony.
