Audio, video & home automation realized in villa Ouder-Amstel

Our client had been building this magnificent villa for quite some time when he visited our showroom. Once seated in our cinema, he was immediately convinced, and changed his plans for a TV room to the construction of a real home-cinema.

KNX integration
Our visit to the construction site subsequently revealed that the electrical installation had not yet been laid out and, in consultation with the installer, it was decided to install a KNX installation instead of a conventional one. We then fully visualized this KNX installation with Savant, incorporating all further audio and video integration.

Audio and video
In the living room, near the 65″ Sony OLED, we placed two active Goldmund Metis MKII speakers with custom brackets on the wall, and in the basement we realized a beautiful high-end JBL Synthesis cinema, in Dolby Atmos 9.2.4. This cinema features a Kaleidescape video server, Sony 4K projector, an acoustically transparent Stewart Filmscreen and two rows of cinema seats from Home Cinema Modules.

We also installed Bowers & Wilkins speakers in indoor and outdoor locations, a Devialet Reactor CI in the master-bathroom, a Savant soundbar to go with the 65″ Sony OLED in the master-bedroom and two Savant intercoms, one at the entry gate and one at the entrance.
