Beautiful makeover of an old mansion

This imposing mansion in the heart of Ghent was restored to its former glory. To renovate the windows and door, we were challenged by preservationists to stick to original size and detailing. It was also important for the owners to align their home with contemporary comfort and design. The wooden windows in the old-flemish profile were matched with the right details to preserve the old cachet of the house. For the rear façade that overlooks the cozy city garden, we worked with our slim steellook aluminum windows.
