Bridge House is a new private residence in Houston, Texas.  Rottet Studio worked closely in partnership with Lake Flato, an award-winning architectural firm based in San Antonio and Austin. Lauren and her team designed the house to be sophisticated and sustainable, surrounded by a peaceful, natural environment, and be a respite from the city. The client expressed their desire for a “New York Meets Houston“ feel and the prominent family is enjoying the spacious living space extending into the beautiful landscape. Sustainability was a big focus and the house has achieved LEED for Homes Platinum. 

Lauren, with her eye for contemporary design based on a unique aesthetic, advised her client and curated each piece of art.  Beautiful rooms and important art pieces were a big focus of the project.  The photos showcase the expansive range in style, mood, technique and region, creating an authentic and new dimension while bringing the outside in.
