Chic living kitchen
Looking inside Zeewolde
In the middle of the polder we find this fantastic home that has been increasingly modernized over the years. Now it was the living room and kitchen area’s turn. The expansive view can be seen from the kitchen area in several places thanks to the windows. The space has an unusual shape, which is one reason why kitchen designer Wilbrand visited the family on site for the most appropriate kitchen design. The end result is a generous island kitchen with coffee niches, luxury appliances and pure materials. Also, the adjoining laundry room has been continued in the same atmosphere as the kitchen.
The kitchen is finished with Black Steel fronts. The Bronze Metal color frame used with the cabinets gives the kitchen this unique and luxurious look. The worktop uses granite with a marble texture, in the color Via Livo and comes from our Velthuizen Select collection. For the coffee niche, marble in the color Isole was used, this was also applied to the back wall. This marble also comes our own countertops collection. The subtle handle completes it.
As true fans of Miele, the residents also chose this brand for their kitchen appliances. An extensive line of appliances consisting of a dishwasher, an induction cooktop with six cooking zones, two ovens, one with steam function and the other with microwave function, and finally a stunning wine climate cabinet with two temperature zones beautifully incorporated into the island. For the refrigerator and freezer, the family chose Liebherr, both beautiful appliances with generous capacities. Of course, water is also tapped from a Quooker here, finished in black and equipped with a pull-out perlator.
