Contemporary villa with modern garden
A lot that had long lain empty was given new life. And how! Now this place is buzzing like never before.
Architecture in the garden
In this garden, structural architect and landscaper worked together. This is easy to see, as house and garden fit together seamlessly. The concrete floor extended from inside to outside. The house has different elevations that continue into the garden. The lowered concrete patio features a wooden decking for much-needed warmth.
Privacy vs. openness
The lot abuts a pond. Both in the house and in the garden are always places of privacy. In contrast, there are places where you can experience the vastness of the lot. Privacy is great around the pool due to the placement of the anthracite-colored wall. Further into the garden, tall hedges of Carpinus should provide intimacy.
Luxury establishment with pool and more
In the villa, a wing is set up as a wellness area. Afterwards, you can swim outside in the 4×6-meter pool. A spacious lawn is kept short by a robotic mower and runs around the house. In the front yard, the entrance is sturdy decorated with industrial concrete slabs and gravel. Three cars can easily park there.
