Exclusive custom corner kitchen with marble countertop

The first thing you notice in this custom corner kitchen is the shift between materials: stained ash veneer in green-grey tones, a brass-gold lacquered front, and a worktop that changes character from metal to stone. The L-shaped layout keeps the cooking zone in view, while the cabinet wall runs as one continuous block beside it. It is a handmade kitchen, but the craftsmanship shows through the way the surfaces meet, not through ornament.

The corner arrangement is doing more than defining the plan. It pulls the metal cooking section and the stone surface into one readable composition, with the sink set into the darker metal part and the marble extending toward the back wall. From the room, the eye travels along the long counter edge and then stops at the integrated extractor hood above the hob. The result is a custom corner kitchen that feels measured and deliberate, with each line serving a clear function.

Two worktop sections, one clear route

The worktop is split into two distinct parts. One section is Metal Gold, with an integrated cooktop and a black Franke sink unit. The other is a stone Arte surface in Marmer Gris Renoir Leather, including matching splashbacks. That division gives the kitchen a practical rhythm: food preparation, washing up, and cooking each sit in their own zone, yet the materials keep the whole composition tied together. It is this contrast that defines the custom corner kitchen rather than any single decorative gesture.

Seen from close range, the stone introduces a matte, softly textured surface next to the smoother metal section. The marble countertop is not used as a broad statement piece; instead, it works as a counterpoint to the darker cooking area. The back walls continue the same stone, so the eye does not break when it reaches the perimeter. In a luxury built-in kitchen like this, the worktop becomes the main horizontal line in the room, and every cut-out is placed to keep that line legible.

Cooking equipment set into the surface

The built-in cooktop sits flush within the metal worktop, which keeps the cooking area visually calm even with the appliance switched on or off. Above it, the integrated extractor hood includes lighting, so the vertical element is not only technical but also part of the composition of the corner. The hood reads as a fixed point in the room, marking the centre of activity without adding visual weight. Together, the hood and the built-in cooktop make the cooking zone feel anchored inside the layout.

The image shows two cooktop openings in the marble surface, which reinforces the sense of a kitchen designed around use rather than display. The surrounding cabinetry does not break that effect. It steps back, letting the worktop and the cooking zone do the talking. That restraint suits the handmade kitchen character of the project: the details are precise, but they remain tied to the way someone moves through the space.

Wood veneer, lacquer and metal in one frame

Warmth here comes from the stained ash veneer, not from decoration. The green-grey finish softens the larger cabinet planes, while the brass-gold lacquered front catches light and marks a change in surface. Together they create a wood veneer kitchen that avoids monotony without relying on pattern. The cabinet doors and drawers are wide, flat and uninterrupted, so the material shift becomes the main visual event. Even at a distance, the finish changes the way the side wall reads against the stone and metal.

The cabinetry is built as a large continuous run, which gives the room a strong horizontal presence. Drawers stack beneath the counter, and the tall surfaces behind them stay visually quiet. That calm frame allows the custom corner kitchen to hold both the marble countertop and the metal section without feeling crowded. Rather than scattering features across the room, the design keeps everything in one reading line: front, worktop, hood, back wall, then the next block of storage.

Built-in appliances kept close to the surface

The appliance set is extensive, but the visual impact stays controlled. The Gaggenau oven has 13 systems, a core temperature probe, a pizza stone function and an anthracite TFT display. The Gaggenau steam oven includes convection, a core temperature probe, a water reservoir and the same anthracite display. Those details matter because they indicate the level of specification, yet they do not interrupt the visual order of the kitchen. The built-in appliances sit where they belong: inside the cabinetry, not on top of it.

The dishwasher is equally discreet, with 8 systems, 12 place settings, info light, Zeolith and HomeConnect. A Quooker Nordic hot-water system in combi plus 22, fusion round, black, adds another functional point without changing the visual language. The Kaelo integrated wine cooler completes the sequence near the work area. Its dry cooling system keeps the bottle within 1 to 2 degrees of the original temperature after opening, without wetness or ice formation, so it is built to stay out of the way while remaining close at hand.

Lighting, storage and the long cabinet wall

What gives the room its quiet force is the long cabinet wall beside the corner. It stretches in one uninterrupted block, with drawers and fronts aligned so the storage reads as a single mass. That mass is softened by the wood veneer, then sharpened again by the brass-gold lacquered front. The effect is not decorative layering. It is a clear sequence of surfaces that makes the custom corner kitchen feel settled into the room, even before the appliances are noticed.

Above the cooking zone, the integrated extractor hood with built-in spots introduces a small but important vertical shift. Light lands directly on the worktop, catching the edges of the marble and the metal cut-out below. Because the hood is built in, the ceiling line stays uninterrupted, and the corner retains its open feeling. In a kitchen built around stone, metal and veneer, that kind of visual restraint matters as much as the materials themselves.

Across the room, the stone back walls, the black sink unit and the matte marble surface keep the palette grounded. The green-grey veneer and brass-gold front add depth, but the kitchen never loses its disciplined layout. Every part stays close to the surface it belongs to. That is what makes this handmade kitchen read as a composed piece of joinery rather than a collection of appliances and finishes. It is a custom corner kitchen first, and the material palette follows that plan all the way through.
