Design Kees Marcelis Villa Dodewaard

Because the occupant of this villa received a conservatory as a present, the design studio of Kees Marcelis was asked to contribute ideas. A few years before, we had already renovated the kitchen. The beautiful location with a view that was hardly visible was striking. It was not an easy house to renovate. After some thinking and sketching, instead of a conservatory, a complete glass front with a large roof was installed. However, this had consequences for the fireplace, which ultimately led to the entire ground floor (excluding kitchen) being overhauled. The client dared to go abroad during the renovation of the house. Upon return, the renovation was completed and fully furnished.
