For over 30 years, the recently modernized EB 333 has been an icon in the culinary world. We still manufacture the oven almost entirely by hand. The front panel is made from a single 3 mm thick stainless steel plate extending over the full 90 cm width. Thanks to a cleverly hinged and damped door mechanism, the 20 kg door opens surprisingly easily and closes softly.

Some technical improvements resulted in the allocation of energy efficiency class A and the welcome extension with the TFT-Touch display. The stainless steel knobs are also available in black on request.
