As a fine-art photographer, Ewa Cwikla (b. 1961) creates mostly free work. She always looks for the emotion in her surprising portraits. Another typical stylistic feature of Ewa’s work, is the nostalgic, almost Rembrandtian light. She is always looking for this nostalgia because this atmosphere gives a certain calm in this increasingly fast and hectic world.

Fine Art Photography Awards and more
Ewa Cwikla recently won two precarious awards. Her work Candy Smoke won her the international Fine Art Photography Awards. Not much later her work Golden Pillows won the International Colors Awards. A confirmation that her work is special and distinct but above all appreciated by many an art lover.
