Extension Waalwijk
This listed 1949 home has been expanded several times in the past. The current layout on the first floor has been changed at the site of the old utility room/kitchen.
Walls were broken through and together with the new extension, a large spacious living kitchen was created. At the site of the 1994 addition, the internal layout was changed and the facade layout was modified. The house is fully insulated, window frames have been replaced and the finishing of walls, ceilings and floors have been completely renewed. The floor of the home was also addressed, a new layout with a spacious bathroom and a new loft with an elegant new staircase of steel and bamboo. In short, a monumental house completely adapted to the modern requirements of the 21st century.
