Situated in a bespoke building at the center of historic Georgetown, this penthouse was entirely refreshed in a modern, artful style. Originally constructed as two townhomes in the late 19^th century, the spaces were connected in the decade following (you can still see the window variations on the façade). In the 1980s the space was reimagined once again as seven private condos with this 1,695 square foot unit serving as the sun-drenched penthouse that covers the entire third floor. With a stunning outdoor area that offers expansive views of surrounding landmarks, it’s truly a haven in the heart of this charming city.

The rich history of both the neighborhood and the building itself serve as a storied backdrop to a renovation that plays up the unit’s strong bones while embodying clean lines, and a harmonious sense of balance.
