Home with Indoor Golf Simulator, Wellness and Infinity Pool Terrace Views

An indoor golf simulator home is not usually arranged around park views, but here the lower level opens toward the garden and water instead of sitting buried beneath the house. Large windows pull daylight into the rooms below, while the raised terrace and infinity pool follow the slope of the site. The result is a modern villa with large windows, a clear split between the public living floors and the wellness and sport spaces underneath, and a layout shaped by level changes rather than hidden from them.

Rooms planned around the landscape

The house takes its cues from the ground it sits on. Existing height differences are used to lift the basement partly out of the earth, so the lower level gains direct garden access through broad glazing. That move changes the entire reading of the plan. What could have been a closed service floor becomes part of the living sequence, with the indoor golf simulator home program, fitness room in the home, and wellness room with sauna gathered where the slope creates more room and more light.

Outside, the terrace steps up to the view. The infinity pool terrace sits at this higher level, looking over the park and pond, with the water edge aligning to the horizon line in the images. The garden is kept close to the architecture: lawns, borders, paved paths and the pool edge run in straight lines, so the house reads as one volume set into a layered site rather than a separate object placed on top of it.

Arrival under the canopy

The entrance is marked by a canopy that gives the front door a clear pause before the plan opens up. From the hall, the route splits quickly: the stair to the living basement, the home lift, and the access to the main living spaces and home office all start from the same point. That concentration makes the circulation easy to read, but it also keeps the first impression compact. From this threshold, the view stretches toward the pond, which is rare in a house that also has a basement and a large program below grade.

The home office sits in that front sequence with a direct outlook onto the water. It is placed where the plan is most open to the site, so the working room does not feel detached from the rest of the villa. The arrangement also explains the scale of the house: the home office, the living areas, and the lower leisure spaces are all connected, but each occupies its own level and receives light in a different way.

The L-shaped living area and concealed surfaces

The main living area turns in an L-shape, with the kitchen and breakfast corner set slightly deeper toward the garden. That shift creates a second layer in the plan without building a separate room. In the kitchen, appliances can be concealed behind calm front panels, and the restrained palette keeps the attention on the window openings and the line of the terrace outside. The space reads through surfaces and openings rather than through visual noise.

In the seating area, the fireplace in Italian marble takes the focus. Its stone surface gives the room a firm center, especially against the lighter walls and the dark built-in cabinetry nearby. The television can disappear when guests are present, which keeps the wall composition simple. Images of the interior show how those storage volumes sit quietly into the room, letting the marble and the long openings to the garden do most of the work.

An open staircase that brings light down

The staircase is treated as a light shaft. Open treads rise beneath the void, so daylight reaches the circulation zone instead of stopping at the upper floor. This open staircase with skylight effect ties the levels together and makes the journey upward more than a connection between rooms. It also frames the move from the public floor to the bedroom wing, where each room gains its own terrace and a direct look at the park.

At this level, the master suite and the guest and children’s rooms are arranged with equal attention to access and outlook. Every bedroom has an en-suite dressing room, a bathroom and a terrace facing the landscape. The repetition of those elements gives the upper floor a clear rhythm: window, terrace, dressing, bath. It is a practical sequence, but also one that keeps the rooms close to the views that define the site.

Bathroom surfaces with stone and dark fittings

The master bathroom stands out for its material contrast rather than for decoration. Aqua sensa microtopping in an earth tone covers the main surfaces, while a belvedère natural stone accent wall brings in a vein of gold. Dark platinum taps sharpen the palette and sit firmly against the lighter basin and wall finish. It is a marble-look bathroom and dark built-in cabinetry kind of interior in the wider sense: controlled, compact and built from a few carefully repeated materials.

The photography of the bathroom also shows how the stone and glass work together. The shower enclosure is clear, the wall planes remain uninterrupted, and the double fittings keep the layout symmetrical. In the bedrooms, dark built-in cabinetry continues that disciplined line. The wardrobes are not used as decorative pieces; they sit flush to the room and hold the edge of the plan in place.

Below ground, the program becomes more specific

The lower level is where the house moves beyond a standard family villa. The indoor golf simulator home occupies one part of the floor, with a green hitting zone and projection area set up for practice. Next to it is the fitness room in the home, so sport and training sit together in the same level. The wellness room with sauna and steam shower adds another layer, and the images suggest a quieter material palette here, with warm wall panels and a more enclosed sense of space.

The wine cellar in the house completes that basement program. It is custom-made and placed with the same care as the other rooms below ground. Rather than being treated as a storage add-on, it belongs to the broader idea of a lower level that is meant to be used. Because the basement opens to the garden through large windows, these rooms avoid the closed, inward-looking feel that often comes with underground space.

Water, reflection and the final edge of the terrace

The strongest exterior moment is the connection between the raised terrace and the pool. The infinity pool terrace lines up with the park view, and the still water near the house echoes the pond beside it. That reflection matters: it doubles the glazing, catches the darker underside of the overhangs, and makes the lower level feel less sunken. The villa’s multiple floors, broad glazing and stepped site work together here, so the house is read through light, slope and water rather than through volume alone.

Seen from the garden, the house has a clear horizontal pull. The glass bands, the terrace edges and the pool line draw the eye outward, while the interior spaces remain legible through the openings. The modern villa with large windows does not rely on ornament to hold attention. It uses level changes, stone, reflection and the sequence of rooms to connect the home office, living areas, bedrooms and basement program to the parkland around it.
