Modern 1930s house

After conversion by Van der Windt, the old villa was transformed into a modern 1930s house. Following Piet Boon’s design, the modern 1930s house is all brickwork and a slightly older roof tile. Also, the modern 1930s house has facade installation and the exterior walls have been completely plastered. Van der Windt also realized a new dormer window, a new and larger extension and, indoors, signed off on the creation of a sleek interior. The result? A modern 1930s house entirely in the Piet Boon style. Beautiful in appearance and high quality in finish.
