Modern forest villa
Spanjers Architect has made the design for a modern forest villa in the villa district “Koekoeksbos” in Best. The complete program of this house is located on the ground floor and is situated in an L-shaped volume with a lot of glass. As a result, all areas are focused on the beautiful garden with heated swimming pond.

By working with different heights, protruding facades and changing roof overhangs, an exciting, interesting and playful overall picture is created. The high central part is used as a living room and kitchen. The long “wing” accommodates a number of bedrooms, bathrooms, a sports room and linen room. The low wing on the street side accommodates two home offices.

The dark colors of the facades, frames and overhangs give the whole a modern and chic look, without making it stand out in the wooded area.
