Modern Villa Laren

The clients wanted a modern, sleek house with a “friendly” appearance. The latter was achieved by the thatched roof. In addition, they opted for luxurious materials and the design had to take into account the beautiful view at the rear of the modern villa. Both the kitchen diner dining room and the living room were situated at the rear of the villa. In the basement there is a swimming pool with fitness and sauna, a wine room with bar and even a golf simulator.

The design of the wellness and wine wall was realized by Architectenbureau Byos. The implementation of the infrared sauna has been realized by Total Wellness Company.
