This rural white villa with thatched roof was designed with the space beautiful gardens green surroundings of the Tegenbosch in Eindhoven as a view.

From all rooms on the ground floor you experience the spacious lot and forestation all around. Through a spacious entrance you enter the house with luxurious wooden staircase and beautiful gold-colored steel facade towards the living kitchen with island and large dining table with fireplace.

The living room is intentionally accessed only through the double steel doors in the kitchen diner and therefore has much more usable space for couches and cabinets. Both the living room and kitchen diner have access to a large terrace on the side and covered porch on the rear facade.

A utility room is designed just on the corner but near the living kitchen. Behind the utility room is the playroom and study/work area with beautiful views of the garden.

The façade is designed as a façade with 3 materials, a quiet beige tone in the plinth, white stucco for the main mass and under the wide overhang of the thatched roof a black wooden vertical cladding.
