“Pool house with covered terrace and outdoor kitchen”
This pool house was fully developed according to the wishes of the customer. For example, the owner opted for a large open construction with a thatched roof. This covered terrace houses many facilities, including a sitting area, a lounge area with television, an outdoor kitchen, a wood grill, sanitary room and all required swimming pool techniques. This beautiful and unique pool house was designed and realized by Heritage Buildings from A to Z.

Fully open at the front
Even with an open construction such as this pool house, you can enjoy the outdoors almost all year round. This beautiful pool house is completely open at the front. One side was finished closed, while the other side – with a view of the beautiful rural house – was provided with large windows. This glass part keeps out the wind and gives the covered terrace a wonderful feeling of light and space.

Enjoy all year round
This pool house is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the classic garden all year round. Thanks to the infrared radiators that are mounted on the inside at the top, you can enjoy a cozy outdoor drink even during cold winter evenings. A cooler spring, autumn or summer evening is no problem at all to enjoy this covered terrace until the late hours.

Everything fits!
Everything fits together perfectly: the stately home, the authenticity of the pool house, the rural garden and the finished swimming pool with a wooden decking and natural stone. To enhance this characteristic appearance, the clients opted for a thatched roof. The roof was constructed according to the exact slope of 45°. This degree of inclination guarantees a perfect drainage of the rainwater and thus increases the service life. At the bottom, the thatched roof was finished with planking. This is necessary to avoid dust falling down and to fix the reed.

Numerous facilities
Under this luxurious covered terrace, the owners enjoy all facilities. A complete outdoor kitchen with all necessary appliances makes it easy to enjoy a delicious aperitif, lunch or dinner here. The spacious Smeg refrigerator keeps the drink stock at the desired temperature. An outdoor wood grill gives the master of the house every opportunity to demonstrate his grilling skills or can be used for a cozy fire.

The covered terrace of no less than 60 square meters offers enough space for a full lounge area, with a perfect view of a flat screen TV. Under the covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the oak beam structure that supports the entire construction.

Sanitary and swimming pool techniques
A sanitary room and a closed room for the pool techniques complete the beautiful picture. The latter room has a separate entrance, which facilitates technical maintenance by an external company.
