Project Utrecht
At Tinello Kitchen & Interior, we do love a challenge. So when we were tasked with setting up a brand new kitchen space in an addition for a true cooking enthusiast, we grabbed it with both hands.
In this metamorphosis, the handle strips were given a wood color that elegantly connects the kitchen to the light herringbone parquet floor. “The countertop of the kitchen island extends to the floor like a waterfall. As you enter the kitchen, your eye immediately catches the golden brown veining that gives the top its distinct character.” Another striking element: the rack that floats above the kitchen island. Playful and practical with plenty of display space and an invisible integrated extractor hood. Ceiling-high cabinets close off the new space while providing nice storage space. This has brought a lot of calm to the kitchen layout and allows the gentleman of the house to relax and work on his culinary creations!
