Texture Painting was allowed to help transform this listed heritage property into a luxurious home, where an elegant balance of old and new materials is key. Throughout the interior we see a combination of lime techniques and painting in beautiful harmony with authentic textures. This interplay can be seen on the walls and ceilings in various rooms: entrance, dining room, kitchen, stairwell, bedrooms, sauna room, and throughout the different floors. Seamless, low-maintenance microtopping was used in the shower rooms and bathrooms. Finally, a microtopping finish was also chosen for the elevator, both interior and exterior.
