Rancid wooden block windows for an authentic look

Thanks to a spontaneous collaboration between builder, architect and interior designer, the design of this new home came about. The slender block windows in afzelia were alternately given a natural finish or a deep black lacquer finish. Thus, the windows become part of the interior in a soft but playful way, creating tranquility in the living spaces.
