Ravenswaaij Family House

This villa (built in 2010) on De Lek needed some work to meet the needs of its future residents.

The desire was for an attractive and comfortable family home, where all the rooms on the first floor are connected, but where the client still has the option to retreat for a while.

At the front of the home, we created the living room where the custom transparent fireplace acts as a room divider and divides the large open space into a loft-like space.

At the rear of the home, the space was rearranged, allowing for a beautiful eat-in kitchen with a fireplace by the dining table. From this part of the home you have a beautiful view of the backyard and pool.

In terms of design and materialization, the interior is serene and bright, further enhancing the greenery of the surroundings.
