Refinement in downtown Antwerp
This downtown Antwerp apartment forms a diptych with the neighboring apartment on the same floor, furnished for brother and sister. For this unique project, Devos Interieur collaborated with design agency Dries De Malsche, who was responsible for the overall design of the fixed furniture. To complement the dark colors of the fixed joinery, Devos Interieur went for loose furniture in dark and sand tones. The table in black mortex by Bieke Casteleyn is flanked by Antonio Citterio’s Jens chairs.
Devos Interieur went for a stately and less is more decoration: the deep and very comfortable sofa by Flexform, the pure wool carpet by Perletta and the solid oak coffee table match nicely in color and style with the travertine on part of the ceiling and on the wall in the kitchen.
