Renovation estate

The disused Dutch estate Groot Bijstervelt in Oirschot has been restored and recommissioned in cooperation with DMD Amsterdam. So did the convent and carriage house.

The former convent and carriage house have been restored to their former glory and converted into an apartment complex and hotel. The convent now houses 25 apartments and the carriage house houses 35 luxury care hotel rooms. DMD Amsterdam provided an interplay of modern and unique monumental elements in a natural setting. The Groot Bijstervelt estate is ready for the future with its new design and new purpose.
