The villa is constructed of black facing bricks, window frames and roof tiles, which together form a whole. An accent to this unified color palette is found in red cedar wood elements. This accentuated the entrance, loggia and receding terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a modern landscaped garden, with lots of plantings and spacious terraces.
