Stately villa
In the historic Kreuzviertel district, in the center of MĂ¼nster, a new single-family house was built in the style of the prevailing typical architecture of the imperial period. The architectural firm Wessels, which was charged with planning, cleverly continued the historic style in the building’s interior without abandoning the most modern interior developments. In cooperation with interior designer Overbeck-Leidig of Hörstel, the planners and the client chose interstil’s light-flowing interior walkway systems for all windows in the house.
On the first floor, the elegant Codex for W wave crease was used throughout. For the second profile, the double-loop supports were modified at the customer’s request to accommodate a 20mm square profile for additional blinding. On the upper floors, Metro and Mono of Ă˜20 were chosen.
It was particularly important to the client that the color of the trimmings harmoniously match the warm and ornate character of the rooms. In addition, many windows had to be
have return bends, which placed special demands on the individual fabrication of the trimmings.
