Triplex Pad Leuven
This triplex loft located in the heart of Leuven has been given a complete makeover. What were previously dark and gloomy spaces have been transformed into a contemporary and modern bachelor pad with airy open spaces. Light tones, reflective materials and openings in some walls ensure that the house is brought back to life. These subtle interventions ensure that the sunlight is drawn in through all possible spaces. Its unique ceiling heights of 6 meters are accentuated by the application of sleek linen curtains. The bathroom in the middle of the house is only separated from the TV room by a pivoting wall. A daring application that ensures that all spaces flow into each other. Natural elements such as wood and lime paint in the bathroom and bedroom reflect the appearance of a hotel room, which was very important to the client. The industrial staircase that connects all floors meets the refined bookcase on the mezzanine floor.
A bookcase with allure and charm of a real library that reaches to the ceiling. Sober architectural lighting rails as well as black paint accents contrasting like black pen stripes against the white walls give the end result an extra graphic character.
