For example, there were quite a few slanted walls in the 1990s building. Thanks to a number of structural interventions, the villa has become more spacious.

From the beginning, In Toom sat down with Remy Meijers and the client to ensure that this villa too would be realized according to design and agreements. The materials used have been effectively utilized. Quite a few exclusive materials were used including black stained oak, natural stone, leather, bronze and concrete ciré.
