Looking inside Barneveld

This beautiful residential kitchen in Barneveld was realized in a newly built home. The space appears to be straight but the kitchen architect quickly saw great opportunities to use a separate room to create a space for a wine cabinet and a coffee cabinet. With the windows at windowsill height, positioning the flush part near the window was the best option, overlooking the driveway and outdoor living area. The two tall cabinets provide more than enough room for the large oven and spacious refrigerator. With these two tall elements, we highlight the beautiful high ceiling in the home.

Picking out the colors for the kitchen was a fun quest. Together with the kitchen designer, we initially looked at a traditional front with few accents. A safe choice but not distinctly chic. By using the Black Steel front combined with a beautiful bronze detail, it has become very chic. Beautiful natural colors are matched throughout the home. With beautiful accessories, a wonderful unity has been created.

The exhaust hood is a nice talking point these days. It should usually be as minimalist and unobtrusive as possible. However, for this residential kitchen, according to the kitchen designer, it is not necessary. Just adding a nice element to it to nicely accentuate the kitchen island. For example, a beautiful, sleek and spacious fireplace was created above the kitchen island, which actually became a beautiful element in the space because of the color.
